TLDR: if you see a bunch of your games in "enqueued" there is a spike in matches and it might take a few minutes to work through all of them
The match runners for this year are running on Amazon ECS in docker containers (currently there are 7 of them running). They poll an Amazon SQS queue for match definitions. "Enqueued" means your game has been added to that SQS queue which (usually) means it's about to be played.
Unfortunately, sometimes the queuer gets a little optimistic about how quickly we can burn through the games in the queue and adds too many to the queue. Then we get a lot of games that are stuck in "enqueued" until the match runners can catch up.
